Enable or disable the quota buying policy globally.
- If the policy is ACTIVE, orders will be blocked when no minimum quota is defined for an account–supplier pair.
- If the policy is INACTIVE, quota rules are ignored and no blocking occurs.
⚠️ This endpoint is only accessible when the dj-client header is set to OPERATOR.
