Retrieves all existing quota-validation groups.


Filter behaviour

• If the customerAccountIds[] filter contains both valid and invalid IDs, the valid IDs are applied and the invalid ones are silently ignored.

• If every ID in the filter is invalid, the filter is ignored and the request still returns 200 OK (no 400 error).
