Related Products Import - FTP

This documentation describes the process of importing Related Products via the Data Hub. It covers the supported CSV structure, available fields, business rules, and limitations.

⚙️ Introduction

This job allows the creation and update of Related Products via CSV import.

You can:

  • Link products together as Related Products
  • Update existing Related Product relationships

📂 CSV Structure

The CSV file must contain one row per Related Product relationship.

Each row represents a link between:

  • The source product
  • The list of related products associated with the product. Each related product is defined in a dedicated column following the RELATED_PRODUCT_X naming convention, where X represents an incremental number.

  • Each RELATED_PRODUCT_X must reference an existing product in DJUST.
  • Variants cannot be linked as Related Products.
  • A product cannot be linked to itself as a Related Product.
  • A product can have up to 20 Related Products.
  • When Remove Related Products = true, all listed Related Products associated with the product are removed.
  • Related Products are reciprocal. If Product A is linked to Product B, Product B is automatically linked to Product A.
