3 types of users exist on the DJUST platform

• A front-end user is a physical person who places an order or a quote via the customer interface.
• A back-end user is a platform operator. They manage the platform configuration, integration flows, and system operations.
• A supplier user is linked to a supplier and accesses the supplier back office. They manage incoming orders (e.g. acceptance, fulfillment).
