Transactions - Supplier user
A guide to the Transactions view for Suppliers, used to monitor the payment status of their sales.
Introduction — Supplier Transactions
The Transactions view (Supplier) allows a Supplier to access the list of their own transactions, linked to their logistic orders, including the associated payment information.
ImportantUnlike the Operator view, the Supplier view provides a restricted and scoped access, limited to the Supplier’s own perimeter.
Accessing the Transactions view
The Transactions – Supplier view is visually similar to the Orders list page.
It follows the same general layout and interaction patterns, so Suppliers can easily navigate it without a learning curve.
However, the Transactions view only displays the payment-relevant information, and avoids all operational or logistics-specific data.
The Transactions view is accessible from the DJUST Back Office via the main navigation menu.
To access it:
- Connect to the Back Office Supplier as a Supplier user
- Open the DJUST Pay section in the main menu
- Click on Transactions
Structure of the Transactions table (Supplier)
In the Supplier view, each row corresponds to one logistic order transaction.
The table displays :
| Column | Description | Business purpose / Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Logistic Order Reference | Reference of the Supplier’s logistic order. | Main business identifier for the Supplier. Links the transaction to their operational order and enables reconciliation. |
| Customer account | Customer account (name and ID) linked to the logistic order. | Identifies the customer who initiated the payment related to this order. |
| Payment method | Payment method used by the customer (e.g. Credit card, Bank wire, Purchase card). | Allows the Supplier to understand how the payment was made and supports accounting follow-up. |
| Logistic order amount | Amount corresponding to the Supplier’s logistic order. | Represents the financial amount relevant to the Supplier only (not the full marketplace order if split across suppliers). |
| Logistic order Payment status | Payment status of the logistic order. | Indicates whether the payment of the logistic-order is authorised, in progress, paid, refused |
| Created at | Timestamp of the order creation. | Indicates when the order was initially created |
| Updated at | Timestamp of the last order update. | Automatically updated whenever a new update related to the logistic order is processed. |
Search, filters and sorting
Search
Suppliers can use a global search field to find transactions using key identifiers related to their logistic orders:
- Logistic Order Reference
- External ID linked to their logistic orders
Search is applied within the Supplier’s own scope only.
Filters
Filters are cumulative (AND logic).
Available filters include:
| Filter | Type |
|---|---|
| Payment status | Multi-select |
| Payment method | Multi-select |
| Customer account | Multi-select |
| Payment status | Multi-select |
| Total price | Range |
| Created at | Date range |
| Updated at | Date range |
Sorting
In the Transactions – Supplier view, sorting is not available.
The list of transactions follows a default system order and cannot be reordered by the user.
This means that Suppliers can search and filter their transactions, but cannot apply custom sorting on the list.
Navigation behavior
In the Supplier view:
Clicking on a row allows the Supplier to access the list of the Transaction events related to that order.
The Supplier can therefore:
- View the full payment event timeline (authorization, paid, refund, etc.)
- Investigate payment issues
- Access technical PSP references and event details
This makes the Transactions view a financial monitoring screen, not an order management screen.
